Rules on the protection of commercial secrets passed yesterday

One day after the Rio Tinto verdict, the State Owned-Assets Supervision and Administration Comission (better known as 国资委 or SASAC) has announced on its website the passing of the Rules on the protection of commercial secrets of central state-owned enterprises (中央企业商业秘密保护暂行规定).

This is, they say, the first piece of departmental rule ever issued on commercial secrets. Hopefully the full text will be published soon. For the moment being, it does not seem to be available on legal databases or on the web either.
